POINTS FROM THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Restoration Fund:

We have approximately $ 26,000.00 already collected to pay on the loan of $50,000.00 which we have been paying on since 2006.  We need another $24,000.00 over the next two years in order to have reached our goal of $50,000.00.

Insurance on the Church Building:

Increased by $300,000.00 to a total of $685,000.00.  The Meeting also passed a motion that we should increase our insurance each year in keeping with the property value increases which are reflected in the property market.

Automatic Giving:

While this is a new innovation here in our Parish 22 families are availing of this and we are hoping that others will avail of this opportunity for giving to the church as well.  Cynthia will be contacting people to discuss this process as well to discuss whether or not people want to add automatic giving to the Building Fund and other accounts.

Parish Newsletter:

Cynthia Carter will be undertaking providing a newsletter for the Parish, this will be emailed out to all families who have email and copies will be available for those who do not have email.
