We welcome this morning in the Sacrament of Baptism as the newest members of Christ Holy Catholic Church Tanner Jason Tizzard and Quinton Augustus Keddy..

Reminder to one and all to please bring in their Advent envelopes over the next week, if you wish you can drop it off at the church office or in the mail slot near the basement door.

Advance Notice to all heads of organizations and those who have to have reports ready for the Annual Meeting.  These reports should be submitted to Father Shawn by January 20, 2008.

The cut off date for donations to the Parish for 2007 is January 5, 2008.

The Altar Guild has asked us to remind people of the need for bringing in Sobey & Dominion Receipt Tapes and place them in the box in the Church porch as you bring them in.

The Twentieth Annual Good Shepherd Arctic Char Dinner, Silent Auction and Dance will be held on Saturday, January 26 at 8pm at the Reid Community Centre, Mount Pearl. Tickets are only $20 and can be bought by calling the church 747-1022 or Wayne Rodway at 364-3406.

We would like to thank everyone who today has brought in donations for the food hampers for distribution by the CBS/Paradise Food Bank this Christmas.  The food hampers will be prepared on Monday and Tuesday this coming week.  If you are interested in helping in this endeavor please see Father Shawn after the service.
